‘Old World’ refers typically to European wines (French, Italian and Spanish for example) and this includes six perfect examples of red wine from the likes of Bordeaux, Tuscany, Rioja, and others across Europe. Expect classic red wines in this tasting.

‘New World’ usually refers to all winemaking countries outside of Europe including USA, Australia, NZ and South America. This tasting includes excellent red wines from across the New World. These wines vary hugely in style.

Step outside the comfort zone and explore reds from lesser known wines regions; think Bulgaria, Ukraine or Brazil. These wines can provide much interest and debate!

‘Old World’ whites are dominated by French, German and Italian and whites. Burgundy rules supreme with German Rieslings. Taste benchmark white wines from across Europe.

‘New World’ covers areas outside of Europe including Australia, NZ, South Africa and America. Experience a huge variety of whites from buttery Chardonnays to racy Sauvignons.

The ultimate in sparkling wine, Champagne is renowned for providing outstanding wines. Experience house styles, non-vintage and vintage Champagnes for a luxurious, tasting experience.

Outside of Champagne sits other outstanding examples of sparkling wine. Prosecco and Cava dominate but America, South Africa and Australia all make excellent sparkling wines at a much more accessible price point!
